Notes on Yar Pyae Hotel

Brand new hotel with good service
Included breakfast very good (opted for Mohinga rather than Western breakfast)
Great windows & light
Key card for power – means you can’t charge electronics when you aren’t in room (tip: just separate card from keys).
15,000MMK ($13USD) for Taxi from Heho Airport to Hotel (Hotel tried to charge more than stated rate on phone which was rebuffed)
Rooftop excellent for drying clothes

Generally a great hotel in a country with lots of bad hotels. Read more about Inle Lake here.
