If you come in by bus, you should be able to get a free connection to your hotel. Likewise, when you leave, the bus company should send a car to pick you up.
Their tour packages are overpriced. You can do better with negotiating for the floating market, etc yourself.
Their restaurant recommendations are not very good. Do your own research.
Electricity is turn on and off in your room by a key card which means you can’t charge electronics when you aren’t in your room. Never a fan of this system.
The AC is always cold and works efficiently.
The star attraction of this hotel is the rooftop. Beautiful.
No refrigerator in room. No cleaning service was provided. Toiletries provided.
