Best Time to Visit Estonia
Short Answer: late-April through mid-October
Longer Answer: Peak season in most European countries hits in the mid-June through August time frame. However, due to Estonia’s location, this is also the period when the weather is the nicest. Thus, I would actually suggest going during the June to August timeframe. If you want to pick a shoulder month, May, September and early October should give you reasonable temperatures. May also tends to be slightly nice from a precipitation perspective. By May, most of the foliage is green rather than the cold greys and browns. Also, daylight hours are on your side in the summer (April thru September). If you visit in winter (Dec-Feb), not only do you get cold weather and dead landscapes but also lots of darkness.
